What We Do
Our Housing Model
LCHP provides a supportive stepping stone for refugees who have recently been granted leave to remain. We offer wardened house-shares where 4-6 residents live together for 6-12 months.
This accommodation is subsidised by the local government, making it an affordable base while residents secure employment and find long-term housing solutions.
Wardens & Host Families
A house is only part of the solution. Our unique model places Christian wardens to live alongside residents. They don't just manage the property; they walk through life with the residents, sharing meals, providing social support, and helping them integrate into the Lancaster community.
